Occupancy charge:

The concession holder company has to pay an occupancy charge of determined fees depending on the occupancy and nature of port sites (mobility of 39% in 2011 and VAT 21%).

Port of Ombret, on the right bank of river Meuse

3.244 m² of port sites

Site to be granted under a CONCESSION

Occupancy charge:

The concession holder company has to pay an occupancy charge of 1,0412 €/m²/an + mobilité (39 % en 2011) + TVA 21 %.

Procedure:

Drawing up a project comprising :

• a precise description of the activity ;
• a financial plan;
• the company's experience ;
• an estimate of the number of jobs to be created;
• an estimate of the level of investment to be achieved;
• an estimate of the tonnages to be achieved (by waterway and overall) ;
• the company's articles of association.
